Let length of faster train = $$l$$ m The trains are moving in the same direction, thus relative speed = $$50-24=26$$ km/hr = $$(26 imesfrac{5}{18})=frac{65}{9}$$ m/s Time taken = 72 seconds Using, distance = speed $$ imes$$ time => $$l=72 imesfrac{65}{9}=520$$ m => Ans - (C)
