Slope of line having equation $$ax+by+c=0$$ is $$frac{-a}{b}$$ Slope of line $$-6x+4y+9=0$$ is $$frac{-(-6)}{4}=frac{3}{2}$$ Product of slopes of two perpendicular lines = -1 => Slope of other line which is perpendicular to it = $$frac{-2}{3}$$ => Ans - (A)
