    Height of tent is 9 m and radius of base is 12 m. => Slant height $$(l)$$ of cone = $$sqrt{h^2 + r^2}$$ => $$l = sqrt{9^2 + 12^2} = sqrt{225}$$ => $$l$$ = 15 m Now, curved surface are of tent = $$pi r l$$ = $$3.14 * 12 * 15 = 565.2 cm^2$$ Cost of canvas for $$1 m^2$$ = Rs. 120 => Cost of canvas for $$565.2 m^2$$ = 120 * 565.2 = Rs. 67,824
