    Let the cost of 1 pencil be Rs. a
    Cost of 1 sharpener be Rs. b
    Given that
    25a+ 20b = 100
    5a + 4b = 20
    And b = a + 0.5
    5a + 4(a + 0.5) = 20
    9a = 18
    a = 2
    b = 2.5
    Cost pf 3 pencils and 4 sharpeners = 3a + 4b = Rs. 16
