Let the max marks in the exam = $$100x$$ Passing marks = 350 Now, acc to ques, => $$(frac{32}{100} * 100x) + 70 = 350$$ => $$32x = 350 - 70$$ => $$x = frac{280}{32} = 8.75$$ $$ herefore$$ Max marks = 100 * 8.75 = 875
