    Quantity of milk in 27 litre mixture = $$frac{4}{4 + 5} imes 27 = 12$$ litre Quantity of water = $$27 - 12 = 15$$ litre Ratio of milk and water in the new mixture = $$70 : 30 = 7 : 3$$ Acc to ques, => $$frac{X + 12}{15} = frac{7}{3}$$ => $$3X + 36 = 15 imes 7 = 105$$ => $$3X = 105 - 36 = 69$$ => $$X = frac{69}{3} = 23$$ litre
