Distance between parallel sides = height of trapezium = $$4$$ cm => Sum of lengths of parallel sides = $$7+5=12$$ cm => Area of trapezium = $$frac{1}{2} imes$$ (sum of parallel sides) $$ imes$$ height = $$frac{1}{2} imes12 imes 4$$ = $$frac{48}{2}=24$$ $$cm^2$$ => Ans - (B)
