    Let C.P. = $$Rs. x$$ Case 1 : If S.P. = $$Rs. 425$$ => Profit = $$S.P. - C.P. = (425 - x)$$ Case 2 : If S.P. = $$Rs. 355$$ => Profit = $$C.P. - S.P. = (x - 355)$$ Acc. to ques, => $$425 - x = x - 355$$ => $$2x = 425 + 355 = 780$$ => $$x = frac{780}{2} = Rs. 390$$
