P % V i.e P is smaller than V.
V # D i.e V is equal to D.
Now, L $$igstar$$ V cannot be true as V is greater than P and hence L.
Even, L $ D i.e L is equal to D cannot be said with surety.
Both, conclusion I and II do not follow.
Option D is correct answer.
