    Train and man are walking in same direction, => Relative speed = $$63-3=60$$ km/hr = $$60 imes(frac{5}{18})=frac{50}{3}$$ m/s Length of train = 500m => Time taken = distance/speed = $$500divfrac{50}{3}$$ = $$500 imesfrac{3}{50}$$ = $$10 imes3=30$$ seconds => Ans - (C)
