    The pattern followed is that in each column, the sum of squares of first two numbers is equal to the last number. Eg :- $$(17)^2+(8)^2=289+64=353$$ and $$(13)^2+(11)^2=169+121=290$$ Similarly, $$(15)^2+(x)^2=274$$ => $$x^2=274-225=49$$ => $$x=sqrt{49}=7$$ => Ans - (D)
