Let the first number be $$6x$$ => Second number = $$3x$$ and third number = $$2x$$
Average of the three numbers = $$frac{6x+3x+2x}{3}=396$$ => $$11x=396 imes 3=1188$$ => $$x=frac{1188}{11}=108$$ $$ herefore$$ Difference between the first and the third number = $$6x-2x=4x$$ = $$4 imes 108 = 432$$ => Ans - (C)
