    Sum of parallel sides of trapezium = 12.4 cm Height of trapezium = 3.5 cm Area of trapezium = $$frac{1}{2} imes$$ (sum of parallel sides) $$ imes$$ height = $$frac{1}{2} imes 12.4 imes 3.5$$ = $$6.2 imes 3.5 = 21.7$$ $$cm^2$$ => Ans - (D)
