    Let marked price = Rs. $$100x$$ After 25% discount, selling price = $$frac{75}{100} imes 100x$$ = Rs. $$75x$$ Let Cost price = Rs. $$y$$
    => Profit % = $$frac{75x - y}{y} imes 100 = 25$$ => $$frac{75x - y}{y} = frac{25}{100} = frac{1}{4}$$ => $$300x - 4y = y$$ => $$y = frac{300x}{5} = Rs. 60x$$ If, discount = 10%, => Selling price = $$frac{90}{100} imes 100x = Rs. 90x$$ $$ herefore$$ Profit % = $$frac{90x - 60x}{60x} imes 100$$ = $$frac{1}{2} imes 100 = 50 \%$$
