Let the helicopter starts from point S and flies 80 km North to T, then it turns West and flies 50 km to reach U, then it turns North and flies 120 km to reach V, finally it turns to its right and flies 50 km eastwards to stop at point W.
=> WS = $$120+80=200$$ km $$ herefore$$ Now it is 200 km north with reference to its starting position. => Ans - (D)
