    Walking speed of boy = 3 km/hr Distance covered by boy in 3 hours and 40 minutes = $$3 imes(3frac{40}{60})$$ = $$3 imes(3+frac{2}{3})=3 imesfrac{11}{3}=11$$ km Now, time taken to cover 11 km on cycle = 11 hours => Speed of cycle = $$frac{11}{11}=1$$ km/hr => Ans - (A)
