Area of square is $$121 = (l)^2$$ (where $$l$$ is length of side)
So length will be = 11
Total length of wire will be = 44
So when it forms a circle, perimeter will be equal to 44
Hence $$2pi r$$ = 44
or $$r$$ = 7
