Let the radius of outer circle be $$R$$ and of smaller circle be $$r$$ Width of road = $$(R - r)$$ = ? Acc to ques : => $$2pi R - 2pi r = 66$$ => $$R - r = frac{33}{pi}$$ => $$R - r = frac{33 * 7}{22} = 10.5 m$$
