    Let M.P. = $$100x$$ Discounted amount = $$frac{10}{100} * 100x = 10x$$ => S.P. = $$100x - 10x = 90x$$ Let C.P. = $$100y$$ Now, we need to find $$frac{y}{x}$$ Profit % = 12% => $$frac{90x - 100y}{100y}$$ * 100 = 12 => $$2250x = 2800y$$ => $$frac{y}{x}$$ = $$frac{45}{56}$$
