length of first train and 2nd train is given as 125 m and 115 m respectively and the speed of train with length 125 m and 115 m is 33km/hr and 39km/hr respectively . Total length = 115+125= 240m Relative speed = 33 + 39 = 72 km/hr = 72 $$frac{5}{18}$$ = 20m/s Using Distance = Speed x Time Time to cross each other = $$frac{240}{20}$$ = 12 sec
