    When above figure is folded to form a cube we have,
    all three unshaded faces adjacent to each other while two shaded faces are also adjacent to each other.
    The face containing dot lies opposite to one of the shaded faces.
    Hence, boxes (1),(3) and (4) are similar to cube formed.
    Therefore,Option B is correct.
