    Average runs scored by 11 players = 23 runs => Total runs scored = $$23 imes 11=253$$ Runs scored by first player = 113 runs => Runs scored by the remaining players = 253 - 113 = 140 $$ herefore$$ Average runs of the remaining players = $$frac{140}{10}=14$$ => Ans - (C)
