centroid = $$(frac{x_{1}+x_{2}+x_{3}}{3} , frac{y_{1}+y_{2}+y_{3}}{3})$$ = $$(frac{2-4+5}{3} , frac{5+0+4}{3})$$ = $$(1 , 3)$$ so the answer is option B.
