I.$$x^{2} + 3x - 28 = 0$$ => $$x^2 + 7x - 4x - 28 = 0$$ => $$x (x + 7) - 4 (x + 7) = 0$$ => $$(x - 4) (x + 7) = 0$$ => $$x = 4 , -7$$ II.$$y^{2} - y - 20 = 0$$ => $$y^2 - 5y + 4y - 20 = 0$$ => $$y (y - 5) + 4 (y - 5) = 0$$ => $$(y + 4) (y - 5) = 0$$ => $$y = -4 , 5$$ $$ herefore$$ No relation can be established.
