First, converting the fractional value into decimal value,
$$frac{2}{55}$$ = 0.036
$$frac{5}{13}$$ =0.38
$$frac{4}{9}$$ =0.44
$$frac{3}{8}$$ =0.375
$$frac{6}{11}$$ =0.545 Now, arranging in descending order we get,
(2/55), (3/8), (5/13), (4/9) and (6/11)
Now, 4/9 is fourth.
