    Original word is EXACTION
    On replacing the letters as per given rule we will get, FWBBSJPM
    Now arranging the letter of this word in alphabetical order we get, BBFJMPSW
    So fourth letter from the right end is M which is not there in any of the options, so the answer is option 5.
