    Let the cost of a shirt be S and the cost of a trouser be T.
    So, 18S + 45T = 68400 We need to know the value of 10S + 25T.
    In order to get that, multiply the above equation by 5/9.
    It implies (18S + 45T)*5/9 = 68400*5/9
    Or, 10S + 25T = 38000
