Selling price is Rs 15 and Profit is 25% => Cost Price = $$frac{15}{1.25}$$ = Rs 12 => In every litre of solution, there is Rs 12 worth milk. But the actual cost of milk is Rs 16. => Ratio = 12 : 4 = 3 : 1
