A line with x-intercept 3/2 will intercept x-axis at $$(frac{3}{2},0)$$ A line with y-intercept -4/7 will intercept y-axis at $$(0,frac{-4}{7})$$
=> Slope, $$m = frac{-4}{7} div frac{-3}{2} = frac{8}{21}$$
Equation of line passing thorough points $$(x_1 , y_1)$$ and slope $$m$$ = $$(y - y_1) = m (x - x_1)$$ => Equation of line = $$(y - 0) = frac{8}{21} (x - frac{3}{2})$$ => $$21y = 8x - 12$$ => $$8x - 21y = 12$$ => Ans - (C)
