Total number of seats = 100 + 15 + 25 + 40 + 60 + 90 + 70 = 400 Number of seats of parties D, E and F = 40 + 60 + 90 = 190 Number of seat required to reach the half way mark $$(frac{400}{2}=200)$$ is = $$200-190=10$$ => Ans - (C)
