After reducing the number by 35%, it becomes = 416 => Original number = $$frac{416}{(100-35)} imes100$$ = $$frac{32}{5} imes100=640$$ $$ herefore$$ % increase when number is increase to 876.8 = $$frac{(876.8-640)}{640} imes100$$ = $$frac{236.8}{6.4}=37\%$$ => Ans - (B)
