The letters are numbered based on their position according to the English alphabetical order. A=1 , B=2 , C=3 , D=4 and so on. The numbers are then added and one is subtracted to get the final result. Eg :- HORN = $$(8+15+18+14)-1=55-1=54$$ RHYM = $$(18+8+25+13)-1=64-1=63$$ Similarly, PURE = $$(16+21+18+5)-1=60-1=59$$ => Ans - (B)
