Amount invested by A,B and C = Rs. 20,000 Rs. 28,000 and Rs. 36,000 respectively. Ratio of profits shared by A : B : C = $$[(20,000 imes 6) + (12,000 imes 6)]$$ : $$[(28,000 imes 6) + (20,000 imes 6)]$$ : $$[(36,000 imes 6) + (44,000 imes 6)]$$ = $$32 : 48 : 80 = 2 : 3 : 5$$ Let total profit earned = $$Rs. x$$ Profit received by C = $$frac{5}{(2 + 3 + 5)} imes x = 12550$$ => $$frac{x}{2} = 12550$$ => $$x = 12550 imes 2 = Rs. 25,100$$
