Total number of mobiles sold in December = 16 % of 45000 = 7200
Number of mobiles sold by company B in July = $$frac{7}{15}$$ x 7650 = 3570
Number of mobiles sold by company B in December = $$frac{9}{16}$$ x 7200 = 4050
