    A and B are husband and wife. C is son of B. D is son of C, => D is grandson of A and B, whose genders are unknown.  C is married to P. P is mother of M, => P is wife of C.  R is daughter of M. M is mother of T, => M is sister of D, and T and R(female) are siblings.
