Let the present population of city Q = $$x$$ => $$x (1 + frac{10}{100})^2 = 18513$$ => $$x imes frac{121}{100} = 18513$$ => $$x = 15300$$ $$ herefore$$ Present population of city P = 15300 * 3 = 45900
