Converting the mixed fraction into proper fraction, we get
$$5frac{1}{5}+2frac{3}{5}+1frac{2}{5}= frac{26}{5}+ frac{13}{5}+ frac{7}{5}$$
= $$frac{26+13+7}{5}$$
= $$frac{46}{5}$$
Reconverting the answer top mixed fraction,
$$frac{46}{5}$$ = $$9frac{1}{5}$$
Option D is the correct answer.
