Average of $$x,y$$ = $$frac{(x+y)}{2}$$ Average of $$y,z$$ = $$frac{(y+z)}{2}$$
According to ques, => $$(frac{x+y}{2})-(frac{y+z}{2})=12$$ => $$frac{x-z}{2}=12$$ => $$(x-z)=12 imes2=24$$ => Ans - (A)
