    Side of an equilateral triangle, $$a=6$$ cm Area = $$frac{sqrt{3}}{4}(a)^2$$ = $$frac{sqrt{3}}{4} imes (6)^2 = frac{36sqrt{3}}{4}$$ = $$9sqrt{3}$$ $$cm^2$$ => Ans - (D)
