Slope of line passing through $$(x_1,y_1)$$ and $$(x_2,y_2)$$ is = $$frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}$$ Slope of the line passing through the points (2,-1) and (x,5) = -1 => $$frac{5+1}{x-2} = -1$$ => $$frac{6}{x-2}=-1$$ => $$x-2=-6$$ => $$x=2-6=-4$$ => Ans - (B)
