Let length of platform = $$l$$ m and length of train = 600 m Speed of train = 81 km/hr = $$(81 imesfrac{5}{18})=22.5$$ m/s Using, distance = speedĀ $$ imes$$ time => $$l+600=22.5 imes40$$ => $$l=900-600=300$$ m => Ans - (B)
