    Let the length of train and speed of train be L meter and S m/sec . let the length of platform be P meter It is given that L = 200 m Time (T) = 30sec S = 60 x $$frac{5}{18}$$ = $$frac{50}{3}$$ m /sec using , (L+P) = S x T (200 + P) = $$frac{50}{3}$$ x 30 P = 300 m
