    $$2pi r = 26.4$$ $$2 imes frac{22}{7} imes r=26.4$$ $$r = 4.2$$ area = $$pi r^{2}$$ = $$frac{22}{7}(4.2)^{2}$$ = $$55.44 cm^{2}$$ So the answer is option A.
