    Area of 4 walls of a cuboid 400 sq cm $$Rightarrow 2(bh+hl) = 400$$ $$Rightarrow (bh+hl) = 200$$ $$Rightarrow (bx8+15x8) = 200$$
    $$Rightarrow 8xb = 200-120=80$$ $$Rightarrow b = 10$$ so the answer is option D.
