The length of the train is 275 m. Hence, the length of the platform is also 275 m.
The train covers a total distance of 550 m in 33 seconds. Hence, the speed of the train is $$frac{550}{33} = frac{50}{3}$$ m/s
To convert this speed into kmph, we need to multiply it by $$frac{18}{5}$$ Hence, the speed of the train in kmph is $$frac{50}{3}*frac{18}{5} = 60$$ kmph
So, the correct option is option (b)
