Let the radius and diameter of the circle be $$r$$ and $$D$$ respectively.
$$D=frac{r}{2} = frac{30.8}{2} =15.4 cm $$
Area of a circle = $$pi r^{2}$$
$$=frac{22 imes15.4 imes15.4}{7}$$
$$ =745.36 sq. cms$$
