Let the angle = $$ heta$$ Its complementary angle = $$( heta + 20$$°$$)$$ Sum of an angle and its complementary angle = 90° => $$ heta + ( heta + 20$$°$$) = 90$$° => $$2 heta = 90$$°$$ - 20$$°$$ = 70$$° => $$ heta = frac{70}{2} = 35$$° $$ herefore$$ Measure of the angle = $$35 + 20 = 55$$° => Ans - (A)
