Expression = $$x^2+frac{1}{12}x+y^2$$ = $$x^2+2(x)(frac{1}{24})+y^2$$ Now to make it a perfect square, $$y^2$$ is replaced by $$(frac{1}{24})^2$$ = $$(x)^2+2(x)(frac{1}{24})+(frac{1}{24})^2$$ => $$y=frac{1}{24}$$ => Ans - (A)
