Let the number to replace the question mark be equal to $$X$$ So, $$18^{2}+sqrt{X}=350$$
So, $$324 + sqrt{X} = 350$$
Or, $$sqrt{X} = 350-324 = 26$$ Hence, $$X = 26^2 = 676$$
