R has travelled to more number of countries than only S and T and T did not travelled the least. => S travelled the least, and the least 3 travelling members are = R > T > S Also, Q has travelled to more number of countries than U but less than P, => P > Q > U $$ herefore$$ P > Q > U > R > T > S Q travelled = 8 countries and S = 2 countries Since, Q who is the second highest traveller has been to 8 countries. Thus, only the highest traveller i.e. P has possibly travelled to 11 countries. => Ans - (A)
